St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day Harp In and Irish Cream Tea

A Benefit for Island Mountain Arts

All over BC during the month of March, Island Mountain Arts' supporters are hosting and attending dinners and other events, in a set of roving dinners they're calling "Eat Your Art Out".  These events are attempting to raise needed funds for the ongoing work of Island Mountain Arts, not the least of which is the annual International Harp School that brings the best of international performers to teach everyone from beginners to professional harpists.

Here's the Duncan "Eat Your Art Out"

Monday, March 17th, 2008

An afternoon of harping and eating -  a harp in/workshop to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, followed by an Irish Cream Tea. No fee, but I would ask you to make a donation to Island Mountain instead - there will be a "Pot of Gold" to receive your (tax deductible) contributions - and you're welcome to bring something to add to the tea table as well.  Registrants will receive music in advance, and everyone at every level is welcome. All attendees at "Eat Your Art Out" events also get a chance to win a beautiful Toni Onley print donated to IMA by his estate!

1:30 - 3:45 pm for music;  3:45 - 4:30 for tea!

Numbers are limited by the size of my studio, so please register in advance by email
