Beginner Harp Retreat - Sept 26-28 - Painter's Lodge. All souls welcome. Harp Rentals available. Your chance to find out (painlessly!) whether you'd like to pursue the harp!  More experienced players also welcome - there will be plenty of work for you as well. Keep Retreating - for more experienced harpers Sept 28 - 30.  For this follow-up retreat we will move to April Point, and though the resort will be closed, the beautiful houses back in the bay are ready for us! (Because they are closed, you'll need to book through me. 250-709-2395)

Hello Marilyn   Here are some pictures from the April Point Resort & Spa workshop. I had a great time, I enjoyed every moment of it. We had lovely accommodations, our cabin was the greatest. So relaxing and so quiet at night I was able to get a good nights sleep. The staff were the best and the chef well...they should never let him go. I can hardly wait for the next workshop at April Point. The workshop was the best, I was able to leave with plenty of information and techniques on Harping. I must warn you that the detailed schedule is going to be changed, due to the advertising which prompted a lot of beginners to register. 

So, like the last one:

This one will be for Beginner, Novice and Intermediate Harpers. There will be couple of sessions for beginners only, and plenty of challenges (and a little extra practice time) for more experienced harpers.

Cost is just $199 for 2 nights accommodation and all the instruction. It is double occupancy, (and you need to tell them your room mates name) so if you want to be matched up with a room mate, let me help.

Rental harps are available ($35) if you are new to harping and don't have your own.
